The Title Division is at a separate location: 146B Gross Street, Marietta, Ohio 45750. Phone 740-373-5517. Title Division hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. If a legal holiday falls on a Friday or Monday, the Title Office is closed Saturday. The Title Division handles auto titles, not criminal court records.
